E-signature
One template.Every copy signed.
Turn onboarding packs, contracts, mandates and consent forms into reusable templates. Send one to a person or a hundred and get each completed document back with its own reminders, audit trail and certificate.
Upload. Add the document you already use, a PDF or a Word file.
What’s included
Everything you need to send a document, get it signed and prove it afterwards.
Upload what you already have
PDF and Word documents. Word files are converted for you, so there is no PDF to make first.
Fields where they belong
Signatures, initials, dates, text, checkboxes and radio groups, each tied to a named person.
Signing order and roles
Signers, viewers and people who only need a copy, asked together or one after another.
Templates and bulk send
Save a pack once, then send it to one person or a list, each with their own document.
Supporting documents
Policies and terms sent to be read beside the agreement, with a record of who opened each.
Reminders and expiry
People who have not signed are chased for you, and a document closes on the date you set.
Access codes
Ask for a code you give the signer yourself before the document will open.
Audit trail and certificate
Every event recorded in a tamper-evident chain, and a certificate with every completed document.
Checkable by anyone
A client’s bank, solicitor or auditor can verify a document themselves, with no account.
Your name on it
Your logo, colour and sender name on the emails and the signing page.
API and webhooks
A REST API with read-only or read-and-write keys, and webhooks as documents are sent, viewed and signed.
Contacts and folders
People you have sent to are remembered, and envelopes file by client, cohort or month.
What it does not do
A recipient reads what you send and signs what you ask them to. They cannot send a file back to you through us, so a passport scan or a certificate you need from them stays in whatever you use for that today.
It does not check identity documents. Where your obligations require that, do it the way you do now and use this for the agreement itself.
Your logo and colour go on our signing pages. It is your branding, not a white-label.

The whole thing, section by section, with the priced schedule attached. Free to read, and nothing to sign up for.
- Letter of engagementFor an accountancy practice. United Kingdom and Ireland. The letter with its schedule of services attached, and the fees shown per cadence rather than as one number.
- Letter of engagementFor an estate or letting agency in Ireland. Ireland. The appointment a licensed agent puts in place before the instruction starts, with the fee and the outlays named separately.
- Scope of workFor a marketing or creative agency. United Kingdom and Ireland.Deliverables, exclusions and the assumptions the price depends on, which is the half of the document that settles arguments.
- Service scheduleFor an IT managed service provider. United Kingdom and Ireland. The per-seat schedule that hangs off a master agreement, with the term on it and the seat count written down.
- Onboarding pack contentsFor a staffing or recruitment agency. United Kingdom and Ireland. Not one document but a list: what goes in a starter pack, and which items are signed rather than only read.
These show structure rather than wording, and where your professional body publishes model wording you should use theirs. Every one we publish is in the specimen gallery.
