Signatures you can prove.Long after the day they were given.

Upload a document and send it for signature. You get back a signed record with the evidence behind it: the full audit trail and a completion certificate, produced automatically, and checkable by somebody who has no account. Built for companies in the UK and Ireland.

No credit card required.

Upload. Add the document you already use, a PDF or a Word file.

“What stood out most was their commitment to ensuring our requirements were met efficiently and effectively. They were always available to answer questions and make adjustments as our needs evolved.”

Two ways to sign, one record behind both

Send a document to a client or sign one yourself. Either way you get the same signed record, audit trail and certificate.

Documents for signature

Upload a PDF or Word file, place the fields, and send it to one person or a hundred. Save it as a template and the same pack goes out again next week.

Documents only you sign

A form a client sent as a PDF, a declaration, an internal approval: fill it in and sign it in one sitting, with the same certificate behind it as anything you send out.

What you can prove afterwards

The part that matters when someone questions a document months later.

A tamper-evident record

Every event (sent, opened, signed, declined) is chained to the one before it cryptographically, with the time, the IP address and the browser recorded inside the protected record rather than beside it. If anything is altered, checking the chain does not just fail: it names the exact point where it broke.

A certificate you can hand over

Every completed document gets one automatically. It lists each signature with its time, actor and IP, a fingerprint of every document, and a QR code linking to an independent check. It is the page that goes in the client file.

Anyone can check it

A client’s bank, solicitor or auditor can verify a completed document themselves, with no account, no login, and without coming back to you. Try it on a document you have already received.
