CecurSign sends the documents a company needs someone to sign, and gets them back signed with the evidence to prove it.
Why we built it this way
Most companies run two systems for one job. Something to write and price the proposal, and something else to get it signed, with a gap in between where the agreement sits, half-made, while somebody chases a signature for work that has usually already started.
We closed that gap by making acceptance a signature. When a client agrees to a proposal here, they sign it in the same visit, and it becomes an ordinary signed document with an ordinary audit trail behind it. There is no second step and no second system to reconcile.
The same applies to the other half of the job: the onboarding packs, contracts and consent forms that go out again every week. Same templates, same evidence, same certificate at the end.
The UK and Ireland are not an afterthought
Most of the large platforms in this category are built somewhere else and adapted afterwards. Several are single-currency per account, which is a problem the moment a company works across both islands.
Here, pounds and euro are both first-class and chosen per document. VAT defaults follow the company, 20% in the UK and 23% in Ireland, and neither is hard-coded. Northern Ireland companies are already using it, which is precisely the case that breaks a single-currency assumption.
What we will tell you plainly
There are things this product does not do, and we would rather you knew before you signed up than found out during a supplier review. We do not verify identity documents. We do not provide qualified electronic signatures. We do not collect payment when a document is signed.
If any of those is a hard requirement for you, we would rather say so now.
